1️⃣ Return Period

Customers may request a return within 3 days from the date of delivery.

After 3 days, return requests will not be accepted.

2️⃣ Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

  • The product must be unused and unwashed.
  • The item must be in original condition with tags and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

3️⃣ Custom & Made-to-Order Products
  • Customized, tailored, or made-to-measure items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled.
  • Size or measurement mistakes provided by the customer are not our responsibility.
4️⃣ Non-Returnable Items
  • Used or damaged items caused by the customer
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
  • Customized or special-order products
5️⃣ Refund Policy
  • Refunds will be processed only after product inspection and approval.
  • Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Return courier charges may vary depending on the destination country (Saudi Arabia or other GCC countries).
  • Return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on payment method.
6️⃣ Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges are allowed within 3 days subject to stock availability.
  • Additional courier charges may apply depending on the country.
  • If the new product costs more, the price difference must be paid.
7️⃣ Damaged or Incorrect Product
  • Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged or incorrect item.
  • Photo or video proof is required.
  • If approved, we will arrange replacement or refund accordingly.
8️⃣ Order Cancellation
  • Orders can only be canceled before shipping.
  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
