1️⃣ Return Period
Customers may request a return within 3 days from the date of delivery.
After 3 days, return requests will not be accepted.
2️⃣ Return Conditions
To be eligible for return:
- The product must be unused and unwashed.
- The item must be in original condition with tags and packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
3️⃣ Custom & Made-to-Order Products
- Customized, tailored, or made-to-measure items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled.
- Size or measurement mistakes provided by the customer are not our responsibility.
4️⃣ Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged items caused by the customer
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
- Customized or special-order products
5️⃣ Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only after product inspection and approval.
- Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Return courier charges may vary depending on the destination country (Saudi Arabia or other GCC countries).
- Return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refund processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on payment method.
6️⃣ Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed within 3 days subject to stock availability.
- Additional courier charges may apply depending on the country.
- If the new product costs more, the price difference must be paid.
7️⃣ Damaged or Incorrect Product
- Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged or incorrect item.
- Photo or video proof is required.
- If approved, we will arrange replacement or refund accordingly.
8️⃣ Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled before shipping.
- Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
